I booked a non-smoking Standard Room with Two Double Beds for one night. On arrival, I was given a king bed room that reeked of smoke. After requesting a change, I got another room, this time with double beds, but it still smelled of smoke. This was quite disappointing. The positive aspect was the staff’s effort to resolve the situation, even if the communication was a bit challenging. The cleanliness was decent, with a fresh smell in the bathroom, and the hot water was always available. The location was central, making it convenient for our activities. However, the carpeting felt dirty, and I noticed cobwebs in the corners, which detracted from the experience considerably. I couldn't enjoy breakfast there as it was not appealing enough. Overall, it’s a budget-friendly option but needs improvements regarding room quality and cleanliness.

Clean locations with ample television stations for relaxation.
The room was crowded and poorly maintained, with dirty carpets and cobwebs in the corners. I was taken aback by a ripped chair that didn't seem safe to sit on. Overall, the cleanliness was poor, making for a rather uncomfortable stay.

The cleanliness was a highlight, with a fresh smell and well-maintained amenities like the fridge and microwave. The location was conveniently central, making it easy to explore nearby options, including a Tim Hortons just steps away. However, the recurring smoke odor was quite off-putting, and the breakfast selection leaves much to be desired. Additionally, communication at the front desk could be clearer, especially during busy times.
